Register online & choose your category (members & non-members welcome).
Week 1 Baseline: InBody scan.
Train for 6 Weeks: Show up, work hard, follow through.
Week 6 Re-test: Final InBody scan.
Winners Announced: Judging panel scores finalists and crowns Overall Male and Overall Female Champions. The highest total male and female scores become the Overall Champions and win $1,000 cash each.
Focus on lowering your body-fat percentage. Progress is measured with your starting and final InBody scan.

Focus on adding lean muscle mass. We’ll track your lean body mass change from week 1 to week 6.
Tiebreaker: If two participants gain the same amount of muscle, the edge goes to the person with greater body fat reduction - rewarding full-body recomposition and effort.

Focus on getting stronger, fitter, and more athletic. You’ll complete three short tests in week 1 and again in week 6:
Max Push-Ups (as many as you can without stopping)
3-Minute Row Test (furthest distance on the rower)
Plank Hold (longest time you can hold)
Your improvement in each test shows how much stronger and more disciplined you’ve become.

How it works
All participants complete the same three tests before and after the challenge. The gym records both sets of results. The athletes with the greatest overall improvement across all three tests combined earn the top placements. Each test counts equally toward the final rank.
Tiebreaker
If two participants show identical overall improvement, the tie goes to the one with the greatest improvement on the 3-Minute Row Test (since it measures full-body output and endurance).

Each division rewards progress in its own way — but the Overall Champions honors the most complete transformation: discipline, effort, and total change inside and out.
Before and after photos are required for contest entry. By joining, you agree that Johnny O’s Gymnasium may use your transformation photos or testimonials for marketing or promotional purposes — always with respect and pride in your progress.

At the end of the challenge, you’ll write a short paragraph about your experience — how you grew, what you learned, and how it changed you.
This serves two powerful purposes:
To help you reflect on your progress - so when you hit a tough spot later in life, you can look back at
your own words for motivation.
To inspire others - your story might help someone else start their own transformation.
